CooperVision, one of the largest contact lens manufacturers in the world, is changing the way in which it engages and interacts with its optician customers. As part of this vision, it's been working with the Bridge team to develop a series of data driven account management tools to bring personalisation, structure and collaboration to customer meetings.

These tools help to elegantly guide conversations through account planning exercises and business plan building. Helping CooperVision Account Managers and sales teams to be more consultative with customers at key stages of the customers improvement journey.
