FujiFilm manufacture some of the most technically advanced and customisable printers in the world. In order to better enable its European sales teams and partners to configure solutions to customer needs it engaged the Bridge team. Through a series of workshops, we were able to understand the typical conversational structure of sales meetings and build an application experience to support it. The application guides both the sales rep and customer through a series of highly visual configuration stages to an end point whereby a tailored proposal is output and instantly shared. A streamlined and highly interactive journey helps to bring simplicity and ease to what had historically been a complex and drawn-out process.
