Ricoh IT Services division worked with Bridge to deliver a retail sector focussed campaign to drive awareness and ultimately leads for its European sales teams. A sizeable challenge, given the competitor set and the crowded nature of the market. In order to succeed it was critical to engage the frontline sales teams to develop a compelling point of differentiation and design an approach that would genuinely resonate with prospects. We needed authenticity.

'Retail Realities' was conceived as a theme for a suite of content and tools that explored the real-world issues CTO's were facing in retail. Insight papers, social posts, infographics, slideware and playbooks formed a high impact toolkit for sellers to engage the market with targeted and intelligent outreach.

We needed a new way of thinking about our marketing campaign, an approach that truly embraced how sales teams could activate the content in the real world. Bridge was a breath of fresh air and produced content that was disruptive, challenging and sympathetic to what our sales teams needed.
